Get to Know CyntrX: Never Too Cheerful

At CyntrX, we pride ourselves on our technology and our years of successful telematics experience. But all of that telematics and technological expertise is useless without another of our core beliefs: That we should always be delivering exceptional value to our fleet tracking, fleet management, and other telematics customers. 

And one of the ways we do that is by ensuring that, starting with the very first meeting with sales staff, we're always putting the needs of our customers -- and our potential customers -- first.


With that in mind, please give a warm welcome to Kim Nielson, our Sales Account Executive. Kim spends every day at CyntrX making sure that current and future customers have everything they need to take their fleet management to the next level -- and she also spends a substantial amount of time on the road attending events and visiting customers, too. She's an invaluable member of our team -- and as you'll see, a valuable asset for our customers, as well.


Q. Describe your role at CyntrX in three words.
A. Educate, communicate and promote.


Q. What does a typical day look like for you?
A. No “typical” day at CyntrX.    I’m currently working with prospects and customers to educate them on CyntrX’s products and services.   Customers are always my priority. “Customer service is not dead”… relationships and great communication are the biggest keys to successful partnerships.

Q. What's the most common challenge your customers face?
A. Fleet management controlling expenses to provide ROI -- a problem we solve with our Xtra platform, which is CyntrX Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics.  It’s a valuable tool to convert data into business intelligence that lowers fuel costs, increases efficiency, lowers accident rates, and so much more.


Q. What is something you learned in the last week?
A. That I’m “too cheerful early in the morning” as stated during a 7am customer phone call. :)


Q. What is most rewarding about your job? What makes it all worthwhile?
A. Most rewarding in my job are all the relationships built over the years as I traveled across the USA. It is all worthwhile when the CyntrX team is able to go beyond our customers’ expectations, we have such a great team!

Q. What's been one of your proudest moments?
A. CyntrX earning “Supplier of the Year” award from the Idealease team.


Q. What's one thing about you few people know?
A. I donated a Kidney to my father-in-law.


Q. What is your personal motto or mantra?
A. "The pleasure you get from your life is equal to the ‘Attitude’ you put into it.”
